By accessing or using our websites, products, and services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2) Our Services
We provide AI, automation, and consulting solutions, plus related customer support, scheduling, and notifications. We may update or modify the Services at any time.
3) Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) violate any law; (b) attempt to access non-public areas; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (d) reverse engineer or copy the Services; or (e) use the Services to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
4) Payments
If you purchase paid Services, you agree to pay all fees, taxes, and charges described at checkout or in your order form. Except where we state otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable.
5) SMS/MMS Text Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC)
We operate an SMS/MMS program (“Stride Systems Alerts”) to help with inquiry follow-ups, missed-call text-backs, scheduling/confirmations/reminders, support, and occasional service updates or promotions.
Opt-In & Consent.
You may opt in by (i) submitting our website or booking forms and checking the consent box next to our SMS disclosure, or (ii) texting an opt-in keyword to our number, or (iii) providing verbal consent during a call which we record in our CRM. We do not buy third-party marketing lists.
Program Description & Frequency.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions (e.g., inquiry follow-ups, booking confirmations, reminders, and support).
Costs.
Message & data rates may apply.
Opt-Out.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Links & Numbers.
Messages may include links to our website or scheduling pages and our support phone number. We do not use public link shorteners.
Carrier Disclosure.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share information.
6) Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and software in the Services are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your business or personal use as permitted by these Terms.
7) Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate third-party tools (e.g., scheduling, communications, payments). Those providers’ terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
8) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the 3 months before the claim.
10) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. You may stop using the Services at any time.
12) Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Class Action Waiver: disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
13) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new Terms with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
